The practice manager is responsible for the overall smooth and efficient running of the practice in all matters which are financial, administrative or non-medical. Areas of responsibility include; confidentiality, data protection, discrimination, complaints procedures, practice improvement and staff management. She is happy to discuss any comments or concerns that you may have in respect of the services and non medical care you receive.
